The king of roasts! Served either boneless, bone-in, or boned and tied. Order by the pound or by the bone, and let us season it for you.
Top Round Roast
Tender and juicy, this is a great buffet or brunch roast. Roasts average 8-12 lbs. and we will gladly season it for you.
Rolled Sirloin Tip Roast
Sirloin tip is a great Sunday roast. This mid-range cut roasts really nice and has great flavor.
Pork Crown Roast
Truly a centerpiece! It's the perfect choice for entertaining. This roast can be ordered either plain or stuffed.
